Named person is my brother of age only 11 and his is problem is when he becomes angry he wants to destroy everything near him even he run for beat the person from whose he got anger. Is this be a medical issue. Sometimes we had tried to operate him by physical harm but he returned anger to the respective person only. Is this be a medical issue.
