I am 50 years old male and have been taking statin rozavel 10 for 2 years regularly. I have normal cholesterol levels now in all parameters. Should I take rozavel 5 mg regularly or use rozavel 10 on alternate days or completely stop medication.

Take Rozawel 5 daily. Recheck after one month If tightly controlled then ok Otherwise take again 10. Never stop.

this medicine is for protecting heart after a heart attack, although can be taken before heart attack if hsCRP is high and diet is modern, grains and sugar based, high glucose diet. Suggest improve diet, talk to healthy 90 year olds, learn their lifestyle. Other methods of prevention are based on faith, not on science
