This is usual story of long lasting diabetes. As ckd advances blood sugar becomes normal or even low as most of the antidiabetic medicines are excreted through kidney and pt feels that his diabetes is cured and he does not need medicine. Please take care of your ckd under supervision of a nephrologist.
