I am a 53 years old male 182 cm/83 kg. Mildly hypertensive in control with olmezest 20. I run 6 km / day and physically very active. My heart rate is well below normal all the time. It ranges from 43-53 during the day. Is this something to worry about? My father has arrhythmia and hypertension. Please advise.

Hi, Low heart rate may be due to strenuous regular exercise. It is common in athletes. Not a concern.
