Hi Sir, I am over weighed slumpy with a big belly and a frustrated of my body. I want to loose those extra calories and fat stuck on my belly and thigh. I have craved a lot of junk and fast food in my life, so is the reason I am suffering this. I am still unmarried and will be getting married this year. I am just 28 but due to my body shape and the unhygienic food I look over aged, I want to look my age I have to grow young. I seriously seek your immediate help. Provide me some medical advice to reduce body fat I have gained, I can't take any more. I had pathetic food culture, unhygienic and no exercise which lead to this. Provide me Indian diet chart and medicines with proper exercise to loose weight and to look young.
