I am 17 years old boy and 3 months back I was diagnosed with spinal bifida occulta in lv 5 and I am already suffering from hyper flexibility syndrome. Do they both diseases are somewhat affect my skeleton growth ,do I never stop growing? Please answer me as i'm not able to fall asleep as my mind striving for the answers.(note - both of them are not genetic) is it mutation or what?

You need to go swimming and/or cycling. These two sports avoid lots of impact through your joints, strengthen your muscles and help your heart and lungs stay healthy. As you get stronger and fitter, start introducing other sports like netball, football, dancing. These kind of activities will increase your muscle strength.
