hello lybrate user you need to understand one thing that anger is a emotion that every one has..but in aggravated condition it is not good...matlab ki anger ek emotion hai sab main hota hai. par usko control karna aur apni negativity ko bhi manage karna sikhna jaroori hai..aapko CBT THERAPY leni chahiye ..yadi aap chahte ho ki aisi samasya ko suljhana hai toh ...online par bhi THERAPY di ja sakti hai.
