I'm 22 years old ,my family include me, my father and mother. We have same blood group b positive. Someone has said that if a family has same blood group the next generation .that means my child will have some defect. Is there any truth in this or is it just a myth?

No it is not truth. Blood group is not related to defects. If you have faulty genes then it can cause defects.
