I am using galvus met 50 / 1000 mg since last 2 years. Present 100 before meal and 140 post meal hab1c 6.5 can I reduce dose level.

If you experience symptoms of low blood sugar then reduce the dose otherwise continue same dose and keep monitoring blood sugar.

Hello, Thanks for the query. The glucose levels mentioned and HbA1c% are in the normal range mainly because your medication, plus the lifestyle (there is no mention about this) that may be being followed. Reducing the dosage will again send the control haywire. Thanks
