Hello sir, I have high cholesterol and triglyceride of 208 and 272 mg/dl respectively. How can I reduce them with medicine or naturally. Doctor recommended me lacosamide, ultracet and pregabalin. Are these ok with above mentioned issues? That's why I want to seek your advice. Thank you.

If you want to go with medicines, then you can. If you have any symptoms then can be continued for some days but these can be reduced with proper exercise and diet, reduce roti upto 1 in morning and 1 in evening ,and rather choose multigrain roti, take vegetables without aloo, use daal ,sprouts and fruits, soup whenever you're hungry, do exercise 1/2 hr empty stomach in morning and in evening. For more guidance you can consult with me.
