Hey sir/ma'am, I have cognitive issues and maybe ptsd stemming from several violent childhood ragging/bullying experiences. Adult life has been mostly smooth but irritability remains, which has led to some hazardous issues even in adult life. I am an extreme introvert and do not feel comfortable around people, especially if they are noisy. Can such long term problems be practically treated as I have to progress in life and take more responsibilities as I am getting older day by day?

Dear Lybrate user, ragging is bad thing. But if you want to come over it, you will. Nothing is permanent. So bad effect too. Try to focus on your career. You will definitely get success. Take care.
