Hi! I am confused about my emotions and my mood (for eg. Sometimes I cry a lot without any reason). My mind never stops running and I have been over-thinking a lot. I am down, unable to concentrate anywhere. I am not able tp enjoy things that I used to enjoy. I have noon whom I could talk and share and understand my views/feelings. It?s just too complicated. I am unable to think what I should do. I thought of taking therapy but they are closed right now.
