I noticed that my mandible angle bone is little pointy towards down side of my jaw. I don't know for how long do I have this like that but i'm feeling pain now. There is pain on my gums too. This pointy part is slightly noticeable from down side. I'm not noticing any lump on the inner side of the month. I don't smoke, don't drink, don't use tobacco or any kinds of gutka. No one in our family has cancer. Please help me. Tell me what might be the problem here.
