Actually, when I use to eat oily, sour and cold food, then my health disturbed and also while doing hard work done like doing house work in a hurry and work by running, otherwise I feel better. But during doing the work that can make anybody tired, I feel chest pain and regular cough which also cause pain, and heavy weakness. What should I do, please suggest me.

Hello lybrate-user, no worries ,try these following modification of atleast 10 days- 1.restricted -onion ,garlic, pulses,milk and milk products, bakery,processed and packaged food, oil,wheat, nonveg,eggs 2.eat plenty of fruits, salad and vegetables, coconut water and lemon water 3.cook food in little bit in ghee 4.keep hydration 5.do yoga and nadi shodhan daily 6.take steam bath. 7.try vital-f, seabuckthrone juice, bhronchiofly.
