Did you eat any fried foods/ biryani the day before the test, what are the ldl, vldl, hdl results? Try eating less of fried foods and adopt healthy life style by exercising/walking for 40 mins daily. Repeat the test after 1 week and if it is still on the higher side, mam you need to start taking medication.
