I have done my health checkup recently and following abnormality found vitamin d - 20.15 bilirubin - 1.32 bilirubin (indirect) - 1.11 ldl - 74 triglycerides - 239 vldl - 47.88 I am also suffering from anxiety disorder from last 3 years.

The normal range of vitamin D is measured as nanograms per millilitre (ng/mL). Many experts recommend a level between 20 and 40 ng/mL. Others recommend a level between 30 and 50 ng/mL. You do not have serious abnormality and need to eat only vitamin D tablets
