Dear user, ldl is bad cholesterol and it should be bought down. Hdl has to be increased on the other hand. This can be done by switching from vegetable oil to olive oil, exercising for 20-30 min daily, eating more fruits and vegetables etc. Reduce consumption of oily foods. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
