I am 45 years old. I am suffering be from diabetes and hypertension my cholesterol triglycerides is high 398 and my ecg is normal 2d echo normal but tmt test is positive Dr. Suggest for angiography. Trt isonorm 10 mg clopilet a 150. And roseday f10 for cholesterol is given I have some relief from this trt. Can angiography is necessity. Tmt test showed ischemia.

Hello Lybrate as you have risk factors like diabetes, hypertension and dyslipidemia + tmt evidence of ischemia better to go for angiogram and appropriate treatment. In angiogram we can know the amount and severity of coronary stenosis. Take care.
