My 4.5 years old son got cut on inner lip. Please tell me medicine and antibacterial cream for inner lips.

If the cut is not very severe, you do not need to apply any antibiotics. Cuts on the lips are usually healed on their own, just apple cold/ice compression to reduce the swelling. If there is too much pain, get an orabase gel or any gel which contains 10%-20% benzocaine and apply it twice or thrice a day. Benzocaine will numb the pain temporarily till its healed. If the cut is very deep and severe, I suggest you show it to a surgeon to confirm whether stitches are needed or not. If you're still searching for an antibiotic to apply on inner lip or any area of mouth, you can buy orex m gel or metrohex gel or dentonex m gel, any one should do the job. Hope that helps.
