?please ignore my previous question, wrong ldl levels is mentioned by mistake? hi doctor, my age is 35. I am very much concerned about the abnormal cholesterol levels. Hdl - 38, ldl - 119, triglycerides - 405. Whether eating oily food and non veg intake promotes increase in cholesterol levels? Doctor prescribed to take atorvastatin 10 mg + fenofibrate 80 mg for 2 weeks and take test again. Can this tablet be stopped once levels are normal? I am in dilemma to take statins or not. Can this be rectified by changing my daily diet plan? Or it is necessary to take statins must? Please suggest best diet to increase hdl and reduce ldl and triglycerides. please pour your advice. Thanks in advance.
