First of all, I must congratulate you that you brought your weight to 91.5 kgs from 109 and its great achievement and and it is a steady pace of controlling and managing your weight. However, as you are experiencing knee pain could be related to repetitive stress injury, meaning, when you are overdoing any work there are chances of muscular fatigue and ligaments attaching to your joints may get strained.
