My triglycerides level is 650 ldl 56.56 vldl 130.04 hdl 39.8 and uric acid is 7.2.triglycerides in dec 2020 was 202. Why this level gone high even from dec 2020 I started walking and cycling. There is a continuous pain in my ankle .pain in knees every morning.
