I am having sidewise dislocated jaw due to child hood strike to jaw how to cure it feel pain.

It doesn't work that way. Initial trauma might have distorted. But gradual forces made it happen so. So it will be better for you to go to a dental surgeon nearby. Oral and maxillofacial pathologist or surgeon might help you particularly with your situation. Don't need to worry at all. Don't forget to mention if my advice is helpful.
