Almost 2-3 times every year I have anger bursts, usually it starts with small disagreements or fights with my family then it becomes really violent, it's happening since 2017, though I used to break things and become violent from since my childhood, since few years it has become a big problem violence includes beating my mother, breaking things throwing stuffs, crying in my room, aftermath includes crying and guilt and self shaming. I have broken at least 5-6 smartphone till now almost every other year. First I used to think this I all right but now I think i'm abnormal and I need professional help. Please advice what next steps should I take. I don't want to be like this anymore.
