I am weighting 104 kg and want to reduce to around 80 kg, also I am having cholesterol, what type of diet is good? I have heard about keto and paleo diet, is it good.

yes keto is good. but you start basic diet plan and after that we will start keto. some basic rules follow that- exercise 30 to 60 minutes daily . start with high fiber breakfast. avoid trans fats . don't eat while watching TV. drink more water in a day . you can consult me privately online on lybrate for customize weight loss diet chart.
