I am a 22 year old female. I have had days when I would vent out thinking unnecessary of a future event. Apart from this I have developed anger issues. I often get irritated and enter into a verbal argument over an issue as I seem to not like the way the issue is being handled. My anger issues are giving me headaches and guilt feelings. I have sought solace in mediation and yoga (it's only recently that I have begin to be regular) but it seems like it's working (as I have relatively less no of breakdowns and irritation episodes) and also not working (anger issues, pessimistic attitude and breakdowns still trouble me). What should I do?

What you are doing that's very very good but not enough, you need some medication what can help you and some basic councelling. Please take treatment from holistic doctor. Everything will be great soon.
