Hello Doctor, my orthopedic surgeon told me to go for arthroscopic acl reconstruction. Due to financial troubles, it has been postponed next year. He recommended physiotherapy for the acl injury. My doubt is, what kind of exercises a physiotherapist will teach? How much will he cost for that? Please help me regarding this. Thank you.
