Hi I was diagnosed with high ldl cholesterol 160 and high bp 180/110 and doctor suggested telma 40 in the morning and night stamlo 2.5mgas I am just 35 and not married and I have done all life style changeseven after doing this should I take bp tablets life long or can I slowly reduce the dosage and after few months it can be stopped with the consulting the doctor or is it for life long.

Hello good evening maam. Since your bp is on higher side. I would recommend start with low dose medication and lifestyle changes which include exercise, healthy food habits etc thank you.
