My weights 83 kgs with a height of 6 feet. And I want to lose weight as according to my BMI calculation I am in overweight category now. Please suggest me how I can lose weight upto 10 kgs as early as possible. I runs daily morning for 2 kms at normal speed but then after doing that I remained tired and feel dizziness for whole of the day and it affects my study a lot. Please suggest me a proper diet plan and other measures to solve out my issue.

Just running as exercise without concentrating on eating right as per your body's needs is not going to help. You must know that losing weight is not about restriction or crashing your diet but about eating as per the body's needs. So, manage a nutritious diet fist so that you have the stamina to workout right. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by 1/4th the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss.
