Hello. 1. Eat healthy diet including green leafy veges and fresh fruits. Include salad in diet. 2. Still lots of water. Drink warm water to lose weight. So not drink water immediately after having meal. Drink watet half an hr after meal. 3. Eat nuts daily. Almonds and walnuts are good. Peanut is also good. 4. Try to take less carbs in diet. Increase oats, whole wheat bread, mutigrain aata, proteins in diet. 5. Drink green tea 3-4 cups daily without sugar and milk. Stop regular tea. 6. Avoid junk food and cheese, oils, peanut butter, cold drinks, all bakery products. 7. Prefer skimmed milk, curd and lassi. It will reduce weight. 8. If you are non veg avoid fried meat.
