Please take care of his diet. No bad fats like transfats in street food. Keep good fats on higher levels and bad fats on lower levels. Give him either of these or all of these to keep blood vessels clear of plaque. Lemon juice with spoon of honey in warm water every day on empty stomach. Apple cider vinegar diluted with water or juice. Pomegranate fruit or juice. Exercise according to constitution does burn bad fats. Give him good fats like a spoon of pure ghee/butter + katori of assorted nuts every day.

Precautions to be taken are -not smoking -regular exercise: 75 minutes intensive or 150 minutes moderate exercise each week. -don’t grow obese, or lose weight if overweight -if diabetic, strict diabetes control -strict blood pressure control -use platelet aggregation inhibitor drugs e.g. Aspirin -most would greatly profit from being on a statin, even when having normal serum lipid levels since it has beneficial effects on the precursor cells for the inner lining of the arteries . Thus repairing defects on which clots could form.
