Sir I am having bp and I am taking medicine eslomet 2.5 after taking medicine my bp is normal near about 70/80_120/135. But sometime I am having pain on chest in the left side and my all report such as kidney, sugar, thyroid, ths normal but cholesterol level is little bit high my age is 27 years I am having bp last 3.5 years please recommended me what should I do sir?

And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines .
