Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. There are no such anti anxiety nutrients. General physical exercise, entertainment, creative hobbies, good sleep, socialization etc help in happy life which leads to satisfaction. Stress and anxiety can be kept at bay. Anxiety therapy too help an extent. Take care.

For anti anxiety, Keep yourself busy and spend your time with strict discipline. Be a strict vegetarian because you are what you eat. Drink cow's milk in night about three hours after dinner.
