Hi stop taking ghee butter and vanaspati ghee instead take saffola heart or rice bran oil or olive oil do 45 minutes of strnous exercise every day for atleast 6 days a week add fibres to your diet take a vegearian diet never take yoke of egg include plenty of green salad and fibrous fruits in your diet avoid nuts like kaju, pista you can take walnut and almond walk daily for 20 minutes at a spped of 5 km/hr atleast repeat your lipid pfl after 3 months thanks.
