Dear Mr. lybrate-user Scleroderma is a systemic disease so do not be in a misconception of Scleroderma of forearm. According to your description it seems to be a limited scleroderma. Presence of Pulmonary hypertension and ILD (Interstitial Lung Disease) muat be evaluated. Discolouration and gangreen of digits are the most common cause for which pt initially seek attention but that is the tip of the iceberg only. Avoidence of cold is utmost important and some vasodilatory medication will require specially during winter. Please consult your local Rheumatologist for furtjer giudance.
