But you have to take other factors in consideration, One should avoid saturated fat, if obese try to reduce weight. Factors like, smoking,stress, and over eating should be thought of. Investigate for blood sugar, blood urea serum creatinine for kidney assessment and cholestrol periodically and ECG.
