Dear lybrate-user you need to follow low cholesterol diet plan. Start Your day with yoga, surya namaskar, brisk walking etc. Have a glass of luke warm lemon water + 5-6 soaked almonds. Then in breakfast you can choose options like high fibre oats, oats idli, oats or besan vegetable cheela, milk + musseli (avoid paranthas, pooris, fried items and refined cereals) then in mid morning you can have a bowl of kala chana chaat or butter milk then in lunch you can have 2 chapatis + veg+salad+curd then in evening you can have a cup of green tea + murmura chaat or fibre biscuits or later evening you can have fruits or fruit chaat then in dinner you can have 2 chapatis+ veg + salad or 1-2 bowl of soup + salad.
