I want to reduce weight. I gained lot of weight after marriage and then after pregnancy. Almost 20 kg. Want to reduce weight asap. I had c section on may 2017.

You have to stop eating all packed foods like biscuits, bread, noodles, salty snacks, chocolates, ice-cream and milk products like butter, paneer, ghee etc. Eating higher quantity of natural food like fruits in morning and salad before lunch and dinner. Have 1 serving of sprouts and nuts in evening. Reduce SOS (sugar, oil & salt).
