Respected sir/man I do intense workout 5 days a week follow balance diet and do core exercise too. But what so ever said and done I am not able to reduce my belly region and more than belly fat. What would the most effective way just and just to lower down belly fat.

For reducing weight you needs to give up factory made & readymade food. Reduce food containing sugar, oil, salt, milk & maida. Eat more food that's available in natural form like fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds. This will help in gradual & sustainable weight loss.
