I have pain in my lower part of my back bone it occurs suddenly when I am tired. And when my pain happen I will not able to move my body for 10 min.

Need more information. As far as your pain is concerned, with the provided information, it seems like your back muscles are week and also you have lack of calcium and vit. D. Avoid sitting for long durations; start tab calcium daily and vit d sachet weekly; start morning low back exercise and keep muscle relaxant in handy in case of acute episode of pain.
