From past 2 months I am going for walking avg 3 km per day & 3 hrs of workout but also I am unable to loose my weight can you suggest me some remedy for weight loss.

Hi, Along with workouts, you need to take care of your meals as well. Have a balanced diet, smaller frequent meals than big three meals a day, take care of portion sizes.
