I'm Having Fever for Yesterday. I Took paracetamol 650 and Temp Went down but Today Again it increased so I took Another paracetamol 650. The Main Symptoms are Fever Only. Yesterday There was No issue in Appetite but today I eat a Less Due to Tension because some of my friends told me, I'm Having Malaria. Well I'm Having Fever Only. Only two Times it came. nothing else. No headaches no appetite problem. No vomiting. Please tell me There is No Chance of Malaria. Because I'm Very Much Sacred about Injection.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and Get your blood checked for CBC Mp widal UrineR and follow up with reports.
