Sir l go to gym regularly but every morning my lower back pain and anytime l sleep after wakeup lt starts paining but after workout it does not pain and the pain starts 1 month ago. Sir should l quit gym or not. Please help me sir for this serious matter.

Hi lybrate-user It looks like there has been some strain on the back May be while some exercise It is better to take a break for few days In the mean time start doing hot towel fermentation for the back Avoid lifting heavy things Avoid being in one posture for long If pain persists after 3/4 days Then go in for Physiotherapy treatment near by Once the pain goes away U can start gym again But increase gradually.
