A diabetic since 2009 having hba1c of 7.1, triglycerides: 288, hdl: 34.4, ldl: 86.3, vldl: 57.6, total chol / hdl cholesterol ratio: 4.65, ldl / hdl cholesterol ratio: 2.51, hdl / ldl cholesterol ratio: 0.40. Height is 173 cm, weight 63. 4 kg, bmi: 21.2. Doctor has suggested razel f5 medicine to reduce triglycerides and cholesterol. I have not started it yet. But want to know if I start this can I stop it when the triglycerides reduces to normal? Or is there any way to reduce it naturally? I am already brisk walking 8 km per day, having fruits and roasted almonds and very low carb foods.
