I have spondylolisthesis grade 1 as per the MRI report, I visited the neurologist as well and he recommended pregabalin 75 mg two times and tolkem d and defgil 6 and aepasp, recommended 5. Days rest when the doc saw the mri report and images, he was like no significant pathology report and said to me take precautions in the future, as pf now I will recover in a few days, and told me to visit after 20 days. Just want a second opinion. There is stiffness in that area and right leg feels weak.

Hello, spondylolisthesis may cause nerve impingement, due to it you may fee weakness on that limb. To solve this you need to do certain exercises like stretching of hamstrings muscle, isometric back exercise, and also strengthening of lower limb. You may also require traction to avoid impingement and tens if their is back pain.
