Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. She did not have very high cholesterol and ldl cholesterol when treatment was begun and the even the latest values are very pretty low. However, there is no mention of hdl the good cholesterol. Since she has diabetes and hypertension, it is essential to know how the blood glucose is controlled as well as how the bp is. Another important aspect have you checked her thyroid profile? Because she appears to have excess weight with a bmi (body mass index) of 29.3 kg/sq meter (normal < 23 kg/sq meter). She has an excess of almost 25 kg. Her ideal body weight should be around 25 kgs. As regards stopping the treatment with the statin, unless all other details are known it is not possible to give an opinion. However only looking at lipids I don't think there is a need for any statin. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks.
