HII. I AM 28 . I think I am suffering from depression . From past one year I feel as if I am stuck up with life. Life has become stagnant. I cry for hours and that time dnt feel like talking to anybody except my best friend as she consoles me to a great extent. I feel like doing something to myself to overcome al the stress bt at times gets scared so try shortcuts by either by being alone or else trying some sleep inducing pills so that at least for some time I can be at a relaxing state of mind. I have always been a short tempered person bt eventually have felt that my anger has become uncontrollable. I have never tried to hurt anybody physically bt at the same time eventually I have so many tried hurt myself. I feel like leaving everything as I feel there is nobody to whom I can open to , or who will support. I dnt know what to do as lately I have lost interest in doing things . I like doing nothing. What should I do?

hello Bhavya Felt really very bad after hearing your story, but one thing is good about you that you have one Friend with whom you can open up and share everything. now at this stage of life you feel emptiness in everything which need to be fulfilled. I think you should work upon your area of depression. make a list which things makes you more irritating. try to solve those questions.it is the matter of life simple psychotic medicines will not give of result.
