I am 19 years old and I am having grade 3 spondylolisthesis L5 S1. I want to have a muscular body and I need to reduce belly fat but my doctor told me to not lift any weights. How can I reduce my fat. Should I go to gym? Or tell me any alt like swimming or anything.

Hi Mr. Lybrate-user, as you asked about your problems of lumber spondylosys l5 s1, I would like to advise to do morning walk, yoga and exercise. You may learn proper yoga for your problem from any physiotherapist. Need not do any gym.
