I got lower back pain one month before I consult the Ortho Doctor, then I took traction continuously for 10 days. Afterwards its ok there is no pain. But now slightly pain is there.

Dear Somasankar, Namaskar, You should learn excercises for the spine at your Physio.center and do them regularly..... Stop squatting,use commode and avoid stairs....sleep on a hard bed and try to loose 5 Kg.s of body weight in coming 6 months..... If the pain at present bothers you...Wear a L.S. Belt for few days...Take care
