I am having an lower back pain till my hips. I am unable to run and walk .I had it once before also and I took some medicine for pain and it went in around 20 days. But after a 6 or 8 month it started again. It's difficult to sleep in night because it's pain when I change my direction. But now I took so many medicines and around 1 month over its not going only. So please help me to come out from this I am just 21 year old so you can understand my problem.

Avoid forward bending and lifting weights. Avoid prolonged sitting and standing. Try to sit in correct posture. Take hot fermentation. Do spinal strengthening exercises. Otherwise go for physiotherapy treatment.

Hi you may consult orthopaedic surgeon and get MRI of spine done. Avoid all strain to spine, don't do ang weight lifting, bending. Stop all meds. Just take bakflex A twice a day after meals. After MRI, diagnosis can be made and suitable treatment. Use spinal brace for support in day time. If need be, your doctor may suggest diathermy and lumbar traction if required best wishes.
